Pottery Intermediate (Spring Term)

This course is suitable for either a beginner or more confident person wanting to explore and learn the processes behind making in ceramics. You will further develop your skills and knowledge covering:
Hand building techniques working at larger scale
Intermediate throwing
3D sculpture in clay
Making a drop out mould
Exploring in more depth slips, oxides and glaze
Surface decoration: slip trailing and scrafitto
Mono printing on clay

Entry Requirements

This course is only available for 19+ students

Notepad and pen for writing your own notes. All other materials and equipment will be provided.
