Our facilities are not to be used for any other purpose than agreed on the Facilities for Hire page or you risk being removed from the premises without any redress or refund.

If there is any damage caused to our premises or equipment while you are hiring a facility, you will be liable to replace, charged to you at the current cost to renew.

Any items removed from the premises without permission will need to be replaced.

All hirers need to sign in at Reception. This will enable you to use Public Facilities within Swindon College and covers Fire Safety Regulations.

Hirers will not have access to other areas of the college unless requested and agreed to beforehand, apart from external outlets i.e. the refectory, coffee shop, Food-to-Go and normal Public areas like toilets.

Payment for hire will need to be made before the hire date or on agreement, following our 28 day Swindon College payment terms.

No pets or animals to be bought onto the premises other than guide dogs.

Health and Safety guidelines will be issued to you when you arrive, which must be strictly adhered to.
