Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship


For individuals wanting to train and gain experience within an office environment. Responsibilities may include database management, reception, telephone calls, meetings, emails and general office administration. You will learn to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. There is also the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.

For individuals wanting to train and gain experience as a Technician within the Digital IT industry. You will learn knowledge and skills in areas such as how to support internal and external customers, problem solve, troubleshoot, set up employees on systems, networking, Cloud, connectivity, wireless systems and maintenance.

For individuals wanting to train and gain experience within Software Development. You will learn knowledge and skills in areas such as building software components, interpreting simple design requirements, implementing code, problem solving and programming.

For individuals wanting to train and gain experience working within an Customer Service environment. Responsibilities will include providing customer service products and services for businesses and other organisations through face to face, telephone, digital and written contact communications.

Level 2 and 3 - Accounting Apprenticeships


For individuals wanting to start a career in Accountancy. Working within an Accounts role, apprentices will work towards the AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate or Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Apprentices will learn knowledge and skills in areas such as Bookkeeping, Costing, Accounts Preparation, Management Accounts, Indirect Tax, Ethics and Spreadsheets.

Level 3 Housing Property Management


For individuals wanting a career in the Housing sector. Working in a customer facing role and being responsible for the administrative work required to support sustaining and creating successful tenancies and leaseholds in both private and public sectors. Learning the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be able to successfully undertake general housing/property management duties. Responsibilities in sustaining and creating successful leaseholds in both private and public sectors. Some level 3 apprentices may also have supervisory responsibilities.

An apprenticeship for individuals working in an Accounts role looking to upskill and achieve the Level 4 AAT professional Diploma in Accounting. Apprentices will learn skills and knowledge in areas such as Financial statements, Management Accounts, Accounting Systems and Controls.

An apprenticeship for individuals training to be a Teacher of young people and adults. Individuals will be working in a Further Education, Work Based Learning or Higher Education environment. As part of the apprenticeship, apprentices will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent.

Apprentices will achieve a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care
