BTEC First Diploma in Sport


If you have a flair for sports and enjoy the discipline of keeping fit, then a diploma course is a qualification you should consider. Swindon College's sport and fitness programmes are designed to help you to obtain a significant sports qualification. Our highly trained tutors will teach, guide and shape your ambitions to become a professional in the sports sector. The range of sporting disciplines required for this course include: Physical Fitness and injuries, coaching, personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning, anatomy and physiology. Other elements include English and Maths, Tutorials and Work Experience. You will also gain access to a broad range of sport and leisure experiences, and undertake player and match analysis activities and visits to nationally recognised centres for sporting excellence.
